How many times you have heard or read: “You have to think positive”
Yes, that is important, I agree. But, first time when you experience something bad, you will forget on “think positive” (until you start to read a new book
). Why is that? Simple. You have read probably a lot of books with: “think positive” and they also mention some methods how to do that. But, you all the time cure the result not the cause.
So, talk to yourself! Most of the time, the answers are not in the present. It’s somewhere in your mindset what you have accepted in your past.
